The participation fee includes:
Transportation from Lisbon Airport – Castelo de Vide – Lisbon Airport (before the beginning and after the end of the School)
Lunches and coffee-breaks during School days
Teaching materials and participation certificate.
Accommodation in Castelo de Vide October 7 and 8 (provided by the municipality)
Scholarships by IEM
The Institute for Medieval Studies will be giving scholarships to cost the participation fees. Applications will be reviewed by the organizing committee. It will be taken into account the academic merits of the candidates and the reasons expressed in the motivation letter.

3) Title and abstract of their thesis subject (250 words max.)
4) Motivation letter (1 page, A4)
Students will be notified about the scholarships until September 20.
Students who wish to present a poster about their research theme to be exhibited and discussed during the School must send it in A1 size in one of the following formats: PDF, JOG, PNG (300 ppp minimum resolution) to the following email until September 28: email@example.com.
The municipality of Castelo de Vide will take care of printing and exhibiting the posters.
Students who don’t receive a scholarship and still wish to participate in the Autumn School must complete their registration process by sending a proof of transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following data:
